I won 2 auctions and then after a week had no word from the company as an eta for shipping the items that I had purchased. When trying to contact the phone number listed on their website I got no answer, so I tried contacting them via email and this is what happened.

Iwas reading your FAQs and I notice that it said that you place your orders 6to 8 weeks after you have received my money. So what you are saying isthat it will take over 2 months before I see the products that I have ordered? Please let me know if this is correct. I would like to understand you shippingpolicy a little better. I have won 2 items as of a week ago tomorrow and I wasjust wondering how long it will be before we receive them. I understand that I use to own a business myself. Isshipping any different if a person pays via paypal thru their checking accountlike I have? I pay for most of my purchases that way due to credit fraud andcompanies not delivering with the productTheir reply: EvenWith PayPal It Makes No Difference, We Are Notified The Same Way In At Least 6Weeks After The Fact, So This Is the Only Way We Can Protect Ourselves
