Responded to a Internet "free trial offer ad" Was told that merchandise had to be returned within 14 days or credit card would be charged $99.00. As the 14 days included shipping time, told them no thanks on free trial. They then offered to sell the product for $89.00 including some supply items. I authorized a one time charge of $89.00 to my credit card for this purchase. They have continued to make multiple unauthorized charges for items that I did NOT agree to purchase. Have contacted them both in writing and phone where then they claim I enrolled for a "monthly subscription" of supply items and the charges are for my monthly subscription. As I DID NOT enroll in any such program I have requested any written description of such a subscription program and the terms of such a program. They have provided no such detail, but continue to make unauthorized charges to my credit card. Appears to be plain and simple credit card fraud
