Leap Wireless International Cricket They are Freakin joke and Customer Service is the PUNCH LINE

I was with cricket for Eleven Years and Tomorrow I am leaving them. This last year I had a billing question, after 2 hours on the phone (and going threw every non English speaking in person possible) I finally ended up with someone in the Philippines who could not spell the word English let alone could speak it and when I finally reach my breaking point and said the word Hell to the guy he CUT my phone and ERASED my payment history for the year!!! It took me 3 days to get my phone back on and when I asked for the Dictrict Managers Cell they gave it to me, his Name is Steve Steakley and I called his cell phone 6 times and left 6 messages HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. After 11 years, this has been the only cell number I have ever had. So now I will spend my free time bloging about what a JOKE of a company they are. Scam artistist
