I had been with Cricket for about 4 months. It has the worse service I have ever had with cell phone service. I spend an average of 2 hours per month on the phone with them because one of our phones would reset itself. Then I had to make a trip to see my sick brother where there should have been roming fees no service what so ever. I was completely cut off from my kids for 4 days. I get back to Baltimore then I switched to another wireless service. And cancel my service in the middle of a billing cycle and they refuse to give any refunds. The statement that was made to me was..."Cricket does not give refunds for anything."&My advice get the word out about these people and put them out of business.&Don't use them.
