Aaron's treated us very unfair. We have rented and paid off four items from this company and we are gold prefered customers. We recently brought our two laptops to them to have them take of their software and when we got them back one was broken. When we called to talk to them about it they denied breaking it and refused to fix it. They also said that they were not going to rent to us anymore.
Why because we called them and told them about a computer that was working fine before it left here and wasent when we got it back? They now want to refuse to fix it and refuse to rent to us again.
