Unable to answer phone everyone in office has SWINE FLU, CHECKS IN THE MAIL, WILLMAIL YOU ANOTHER CHECK

We purchased our auto warranty from auto repair group inc in march for our daughter just in case her used 99 volkswagon had to have any repairs as we had been told it was expensive to repair a vw, the warranty cost $1099.00for 48months/54,000
miles zero deductible.

Our problem began in sept 09 when vw had to have front wheel bearings replaced. We called auto warranty for approval which they said they were covered and we had the work completed and faxed the repair bill.

We waited 6 or 7 weeks no check, so i called auto warranty quite a few times and always had to leave a message, no one ever answered the phone. Finally one day a women answered and she told me they had been short staffed because a lot of staff
had swine flu, she had me talk to a guy who told me they had mailed our check and we should have got it by now and told me they would mail us another check. Waited 6 more weeks tryed calling phone is always busy, every single day, i am assuming that
we have been scamed hope it does not happen somebody else.
