I purchased this warranty on 1-5-09 with my credit card on my 06' pontiac grand prix. I havent had to use it yet. But i also have a truck that i thought about getting a warranty for, so i called the # and it said they were no longer in service. I hate to say that im glad my truck had problems today 2-15-10, but if it hadnt, then i would have never of tryed to contact this warranty company and would have never known that this problem was occuring. I filed a report with the BBB and r going to call them tomorrow to talk to them in depth (not open today, Presidents Day). I payed $1099 for this warranty. I remember talking to a man named "marty". If anybody can give me some more info on what actions to take to get a refund or whatever, i'd appreciate you responding to this report. Thanks alot
