Extremely Poor Customer Service and Bad Business

I ordered an expensive professional digital camera from this company and it has been nothing but headache since I’ve dealt with them. After I placed my order, I called three days later to verify the order and the sales representative talked me into upgrading by adding additional items such as a lithium battery and a warranty. I agreed that since I was spending that amount of money to protect my investment. The order was suppose to have been shipped within three business days. Over a week had passed and I still had not received my order. The original order was placed on January 14 and as of today I still don’t have my camera. I contacted customer service on Monday, January 25th and I was informed that my camera was shipped to the wrong address. Representative advised me to call back on Wednesday, January 27th.instead, I called on Friday, January 29th and was informed that he didn’t have access to log into the system for the status of my order. I checked my receipt and all of my informations was correct so how could they send it to the wrong address? This company charged me over $800 and has provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their phones are sometimes unanswered and I have had to call back repeatedly. I would never buy from this company again nor will I recommend any one else to buy from Digital Hawks dot com.
