I ordered a digital camera Dec 22, they added it to my dell preferred account card. They said it would be shipped January 12th. I cancelled the order, and i ordered a different camera, the Second camera i ordered came in less than 24 hours, then i got a surprise. The FIRST camera I ordered came in 36 hours, EVEN after i cancelled it.
I contacted them and they said ohh no ma'am it isn't on your account. When I got my statement, sure enough - it is there, along with the interest for a $232.00 camera... Mind you I CANCELLED this order, I have contacted them several times, I have emailed them (where I do have the proof)... That it was to be taken off of my account along with any incurred interest, BUT as of today, January 26th, it is Still on there, Over one month from the date of purchase, and cancellation...
