I ordered a digital for my son on 12-12-06. This was to be a Christmas present. I was assured there would be no problem receiving it by Chistmas.
I was sent a confirmation e-mail which asked me to call to verify the order. I did this and this is where they hit you up for all the extras.
I informed the guy, very politely, that I was only interested in the camera at this time. He finally gave up and said "enjoy the camera" and hung up.
I called yesterday to check on the order and a recording informed me they were closed. I tried checking the order status and, although I have an order number, they said there was no pending order. It is now 2 days before Christmas and I have no camera.
I know there are a lot of honest companies doing business online. The Digital Expo is NOT one of them.
