Lol. I have worked for crescent for a few months and I wonder how some these bad review merchants even can run a small mom and pa shop. Every processing company has a cancellation fee. You never pay it so why complain about it even. Just like we pay the one to get you to switch to us if some other processor beats us you have them pay it to switch. Go to business school some you good grief.
Also when i go in after i do my 15 min of retarded what we have. If you interested I say let me get a copy of your current statement. I them fax it to my manager. He takes 15 min max breaks down your current fees and rates and then I tell them and show them what i can save them and drop those down to. Then I type those rates right in front them on the contract they sign on my computer. Then i do a confirm call with them to make sure it confirmed.
So unless some you complaining had a very bad rep that lied like heck to you and you did a confirm call and they lied to you as well then its safe to say you think everything should be free in life except what you sell I guess.
You own businesses god act like it make sure compare. Save. Then confirm. Agree. Common sense get some lol.
