This company didn't send my order of 140 dollars worth of pets supplies. I called and emailed and no response. This was in October. On his message board he told his customers he got behind and everyone would get there orders late and asked for us to be patient. Then the message board went down probably due to so many complaints.
I used paypal and filed a dispute in late November, I won the dispute but they couldn't get my moneyback because the company had no money in there paypal account.
In the recent couple weeks, this company is now back in business sending emails out on specials etc. He even said that late orders would be filled. I left many messages and calls asking when my October order was going to be shipped. Never a real person on the other end and they promise your calls will be returned for sure the next business day.
It even looks like he is still using Paypal. I want my money back or my order and I will do anything I can to make sure this company is exposed to others so they don't get ripped of like I did.
