Moviemarz - Moviemars - Bookmars - Bookmarz won't come through if anyhting is wrong with the order ripoff

The following is my experience with Moviemarz/Bookmarz. At the bottom is a web page with other peoples experiences with them. I am far from an unusual situation in getting bad/no service from them.

October 10th: I sent payment for two seperate "Buy it now" transactions on Ebay from Moviemarz/Bookmarz. Via their checkout process, I was able to request combined shipping which I had done.

October 19th: I received the package from Moviemarz/Bookmarz. It had one correct item, the second item was not in the package and instead an item which was of no use to me at all was in there. I sent an e-mail to Moviemarz/Bookmarz.

October 22rd: I haven't heard back from my e-mail and contacted eBay for the contact info for Moviemarz/Bookmarz. With this info, I called them per eBay's dispute procedure. There was no answer and I left a voicemail as well as sent another e-mail.

November 1st: I left another message via the phone number given to me by eBay.

November 5th: I didn't get a response from any of the e-mails or phone calls and initiated a Paypal dispute.

November 9th: Moviemarz/Bookmarz initiated this, which never was asked of me or brought to my attention other than this e-mail from Paypal "We are contacting you about the following item: {Edited by me} The seller, bookmarz tells us you have mutually agreed not to complete the transaction (e.G. Because you returned the item for a refund or because there was a misunderstanding) and has requested a credit for their eBay fees. Please respond by Nov-16 so eBay knows whether you have agreed. Respond to this notice: Again, Moviemarz/Bookmarz never contacted me in regards to this. I replied by denying this dispute cancellation.

From a call I made to Paypal, they stated Moviemarz/Bookmarz kept responding to Paypal's request for information saying they shipped the proper item to make the transaction right and included the U.S.P.S. Tracking number. This tracking number was the one for the shipment of wrong book. The first and only package I received from them.

November 14th: I received a form e-mail from Moviemarz/Bookmarz asking based on their assumption that I received my items since my dispute was started if I'd cancel the dispute. It's apparent to me that they didn't pay attention to the dispute, my e-mails, or phone calls. If they did, they'd know that I wasn't disputing that I never received my stuff, just that it was the wrong stuff.

December 1st: I received an e-mail from Paypal asking for a status update. I had three days to respond and did so on December 3rd and got an "response received" verification e-mail from Paypal on December 3rd.

December 6th: I got an e-mail from Paypal saying my dispute was denied and closed because I never responded to their request on December 1st.

December 7th: I called Paypal and the representative said she saw my within time response and she'd appeal the decision.

December 18th: I called Paypal and was told they sent me an e-mail asking for me to send them the wrong item and they'd give me credit in my Paypal account. I never received this e-mail. The representative said she'd resend the e-mail, which I never got.

It apparent to me that since Moviemarz/Bookmarz does so much business with Paypal and I am just an average Paypal user, they denied my claim. I will contact Paypal once again in the next few days.
