This is my story. On Nov. 2, I purchased a big order of products from Crabapplesoap Factory. I received the confirmation through PayPal and the Support at the company that my order had been processed and shipped.
So, about 2 weeks later, I emailed the company asking if the products had shipped and when should I expect them. No response. I emailed them again, saying that I will cancel my order because they fail to communicate. NO RESPONSE.
I went to PayPal filled a dispute, then a claim— still NO RESPONSE. PayPal is currently handling my case. The company has until NOV. 27th to give a response.
Advice: Do not order from the company.
