Blackmailed, Lied, Missed My Order Up

I ordered a amber light for my car. I was told my the staff it would be delivered on saturday jan the 16. Well I found out the screwed up the shipment and sent it out ground well the owner fixed it and blamed it on the new girl. The he told me it woould arrive on saturday well again i found out by ups that that was wrong cuz the owner missed the shipment up he forgot to put a saturday sticker on the package and sent it for saturday delivery. Well I got a survey to fill out I put the issuse was not addressed and I asked the owner for a full shippment refund well when he sent the reveiw on biz rate he snet me a email and here it is

I don't mean to be rude, but quite frankly, after reading the harsh review you left on Biz Rate for something that was not our fault, but yours, I don't really have any desire to experience any further dealings with you. However, since I said I would do so, as soon as I get the billing and data from UPS, I will let you know. Now, if you want to revise or remove your review from Biz Rate, I will just go ahead and refund half of the shipping charge right now.

I'm waiting for the billing info to be posted for last week. As soon as I can find out what UPS charged me and then request a discount, I will get back with you. I'm sorry this is taking so long, but UPS is difficult to work with.

Like I said, at this point, if you have the bizrate review removed, I'll refund 1/2 of the the shipping. There is no other offer as you chose to leave such a maligned rating for something that was actually caused by your failure to notify us that you wanted the shipment delivered on Saturday. There will not be any further communications on this issue until the rating is removed. Once it's gone, we will issue the credit to your credit card.

Just so you understand, your chargeback will be disputed. Since we shipped to the billing address for your credit card, and because of the documentation we have on file, your chargeback will be rejected.in addition, we will forward this information to our attorney and to the Indiana Attorney General so they can follow up with your threats of committing credit card fraud. Like I said, all you have to do is have the review removed from Bizrate and I'll credit your card for 1/2 of the shipping cost. I don't have to do this in any way as your order was filled exactly as it was ordered. But I am offering it as a way to offer you some satisfaction for your order. I hope you understand the ramifications and consequences of purposefully committing fraud and the penalties that doing so will create.

Once again, this is the last communication we will have other than to receive your notice that the review has been removed.

I have just concluded my conversation with Katherine at Shopzilla. I understand the game you are attempting to play and to be honest, I have no desire to do anything for you due to your vindictive, hateful behavior. However, I said I would refund part of your shipping now that I have been assured that you will not be able to re-review my store so you can leave an even more hateful, deceitful review. I will issue the refund for 1/2 of the shipping on this condition; I will draft a short agreement that once you have signed it and returned it, stating that you will have no further contact with me, my company or Shopzilla regarding this transaction, the refund will be processed. Should you fail to honor the agreement, my attorneys have been instructed to immediately file suit for libel, slander, defamation of character as well as interfering with interstate commerce. I sincerely hope you understand the ramifications herein.

Regarding the BBB, I welcome the opportunity to have this entire transaction reviewed by an independent third party. It will be refreshing to have the opportunity to expose your threats and vindictive nature for other merchants to review and be aware of. As for UPS, feel free to contact them and as well.

This will be our last communication with you other than to send you the aforementioned agreement.

o btw the review has been removed and I stil have not got any credits and I have not dispusted it with the bank the bbb has been contacted and I thank this ends my report
