I have included the whole email, when I asked for tracking information. I have not received my item yet, need it for a birthday on February 21st, would like a full refund. See the email below:

First of all, thank you for your order.
As stated on our website and during checkout process, all orders take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
First, the order is PROCESSED, PACKAGED and SHIPPED which takes 5-7 days (all orders are processed and shipped directly by our suppliers). At this point we mark the order as COMPLETE on the website.
Then the package takes another 1-3 weeks in the air before it is DELIVERED (total transit time depends on your country and city).
All orders are shipped via USPS SMALL PACKET AIR MAIL and unfortunately this service does not have a tracking number. Although it is a great, cost effective service that allows us to offer you FREE SHIPPING.
In the end, your order is on schedule and will arrive within the 2-4 week time frame.
