Ripped me off sent me a broken ps3

I sent my son's PS3 to the in the begining of March. I sent it usps priority post with delivery confirmation. I never heard from them as they say they will call you once they receive your system, that is posted on the website. I checked with the usps and found out that they signed for my son's ps3 on March 23. I started to email and call them everyday from that day on and I did not get any response back until March 30 when I called and left a message that I was calling my lawyer and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Then Dustin Knight called me and told me that my son's ps3 that was signed for by someone there at Knights Gaming Repair's address, WAS LOST. Dustin went on to tell me that is was my fault that it was lost because I sent it through the US Post Office instead of using Fed-Ex. Dustin then put me on hold for over an hour then another guy got on the phone, never told me his name put did say he was the manager and owner of "several" companies. He said that they miraculously found my son's ps3 and that he was personally going to do the repairs himself and call me when they were done and also pay for express shipping. I never heard from anyone from that place again. On April 9 I finally received my son's ps3 back. When I opened the box it was covered on dust and I could tell that they put my son's ps3 cover onto another PS3, because my son's PS3 was broken in the fron and missing a piece of the plastic along with the one usb port was broken on his too before we sent it out, the PS3 they sent back was not my son's ps3. Yes it had his cover on it and his hard drive in it but it was not his system that we sent them. We hooked up the system and he played for about 20 minutes and the yellow light came back on as well as the video stopped and that was never broken in the first place. So now we have more broken PS3 then what was originally sent to these scammers. I called immediately and of course Dustin called me back. I was livid to say the least and Dustin said he was going to refund my money. Then he said he had to keep $35.00 of my $208.45 because of a handling charge, I said wait a minute that is not stated anywhere on the website or on the receipt and I also said how is that even valid when you claim to fix systems within a 48-72 hour period yet you had my son's PS3 for over a month. Dustin then told me that he does not have to give me a refund at all and that he was going to note that I broke the warranty by opening my son's PS3 so therefore I would not get a refund period. I told him that he was a lying scumbag and that I plan to charge back my credit card ASAP. He told me he would fight the claim again stating that I opened my son's PS3 and voided their warranty. I never opened my son's PS3 I would not know the first thing about how to go about opening it let alone actually trying!!! Dustin Knight ripped me off for $208.45 and then went on to tell me how he plans to lie about the voiding of my warranty by saying I opened my ps3!!! These people need to be shut down for good! If only I would of seen all the hundreds of BAD REVIEWS they have before sending away my son's PS3 and spending $208.45 which for another $100.00 could have instead purchased him a brand new one instead of dealing with lying thieves!!!
