They called me at work, when I was super busy. I told them NO I did not want their service. They sent me the packet anyway.
Then 3 days (May 3rd) later billed me for $61.02. I called them the next day to cancel. Customer Service rep said ok and that he would put it through - MY EYE!
On May 31st they billed me AGAIN. It took several phone calls and threats of getting the CBS news "troubleshooter" involved to get the first refund on June 10th.
When you call about the refund one person tells you 7-10 days, the next says 1-2 weeks and another tells you 1 to 2 billing cycles (or they might say bank statements). The latest thing I was told was that if I didn't see it back in my account by the end of (last) the week I should contact my bank and have it disputed.
They all have different answers for you. I am going to continue calling them. 61 dollars is too much for me to lose and it is a toll free number!
