Last Sept when I was browsing the internet I read about this product offering free trial, so I ordered. After 2 days someone called me to confirm the order, I said I changed my mind and cancel the order. I did not give my mailing address. Last December my husband noticed that our chase credit card was being charged monthly with the same amount of $86.42 by 3 different companies, first from Oberry, then Wellnesslab, then Superweightmax. I have never received any of their product. When I called them last Dec. 24 I spoke with Patricia their supposed supervisor, I was promised that will refund the amount within 5-7 days. No refund came. Last Jan. 13, I called them again and spoke with Patricia who said to check my e mail, when asked how much was the refund, she said just read the e-mail. Checking my e mail it said they will refund $86.42 and will be processed in 30 days.
I called them back and questioned why only $86.42 when they charged me $86.42 three times, I was told that the Sept bill was over 90 days and cannot be refunded. To this date I have not received any refund.
