I am due refund of 159.97. Never received. Also they refuse full refund, charged me "restocking" fee that I was never told about.
I ordered lipo slim & natural cleanse from World Wide Green Coffee Products on 10/5 through the internet. The ad stated free trial, pay only 4.95 shipping & handling. On 10/23, without notice, my bank was charged 79.99 & 79.98 from this company. I called 10/28 and rep told me trial was over I am now charged full price. I requested cancel and sent both bottles back unopened. I called on 11/12 to confirm they rcvd their product back, they confirmed said refund would be electronically deposited 7-10 days. Called 11/22 Rep told me that refund was processed, I will get 1 refund electronically, the other by check in the mail. And less 24.99 for a "restocking" fee. I requested both to be electronically deposited and to not have restocking fee, I was not told about that and they are having issues with "merchant services" and are unable to deposit electronically for both. Called 11/30 Rep said 7-10 more days and that the refund was processed and I should have both by check in the mail within 30 days. When I told her previous rep said 1 electronic refund, 1 mail refund, rep then changed her mind and said yes, that is what it will be. I asked why 30 days for mail, rep again said they are having issues with merchant services. Never recieved refund. Filed complaint with Minnesota BBB, also. They have not resonded to the 2 notices they sent them
