This guy took my deposit of $25,000 dollars and didn't return my money after a denial of a home loan approval, the contract states that if I can'y get financing he will refund my money. This guy is creating expenses when we have never started the building process, no permits were pulled nor work done to the land.
If you know of anyone in the same situation please call my office, there is currently a couple of cases open under his name for unlicense activity and he was arrested about a month ago and released with a bond from Seminole Jail in Florida.
