I purchased what was supposed to be a product trial for $19.95. My credit card was charged $99.00. I immediately called customer support and cancel the order. Customer support told me that I should receive a full refund in 5 to 7 business days. It has been 9 days and still no refund. I have contacted them several times by phone and via e-mail, and all I get is that "you received you refund soon". Last time I called they told me that my refund will show on my bank on 01/30 The date has gone by, and still no refund.
