Mobile Worker Paid them $99. To repair TV. Repair lasted 3 days. They would not return or answer my calls

I called them to repair my TV. They quoted a $99. Service charge with a guarantee of 90 days on the repair. They came, "repaired" my TV, and left. After 3 days, the same problem returned on the TV. I called them. They made an appointment to come back, did not show up. I called them, they said they were waiting for the part, and would come in 3 days. After 3 days, I called them, they made an appointment to come out. They did not show up. I called them, they did not answer my calls. I left messages, they did not return my calls. That was 2 weeks ago. No communication since.
