The recommended service company for the Minneapolis Minnesota area, ARI (Appliance Repair Inc) has estimated the repair, received payment (required) and not repaired the unit. Do not use this contractor. Its bad enough the unit doesn't hat because the major heating element, magnatron, is shot after only 4 years but now their repair services are worthless. They (ARI) have not returned any of my calls after I have left their receptionist 3 messages asking for status and why I have not received a repair that was represented as a 5 day wait (max) for a warranty part from LG. They not only misrepresented their capability to repair but now will not return my calls for status. We'll see if they come through at all. Pending an escalation through LG to get the vendor to perform what I paid for. Sorry I ever called them - buy a GE next time?
