Requested a free sample of the product (Colnx) paying a freight cost of $3.95 with my credit card. When sample didn't arrive was advised by their customer service that it had been shipped, just be patient.
Finally, a one month supply of the product arrived and my card was charged $90. Returned this product and received credit for the product but none of the freight charges ($14) associated with this scam. All of this was spelled out in their terms and conditions but since I had never received the product sample to start the sign up process, I did not consider their terms to apply.
After several calls and emails to this company requesting resolution, they basically blew me off.
Have reported the problem to "weather.com" where the original advertising link was found but wanted to let everyone else know that this company is a scam and should be reported to the consumer fraud division of the government.
