Empire Today is borderline criminal. We paid way too much for flooring that was poorly installed. The salesperson said that it was guaranteed for life—yeah right we have cracks and warps and guess what—the "labor warranty" has expired. The salesperson who guaranteed that the flooring was never going to be discontinued no longer works there and the flooring has been discontinued. I feel so swindled and irritated—the worst money I ever spent!!!
