We had $5000 worth of laminate flooring installed in our home 4 years ago. It is now lifting and separating. Upon an inspection by Empire Today, they determined it is because of moisture coming up from under our house. Not their problem. We were told a the time of sale that we had a 15 year warranty and that they could easily come in and replace or fix any issues. Lies. We had since learned that the salesperson no longer works with them and our flooring in fact has been discontinued. Lies. I plan to spread the word on every site I can so others do not get scammed like we did. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Complete dissatisfaction.
