I just read the report from Chagalli regarding this man. Very same incident happened to me. He called me last year on a building that was my listing for sale and for lease. Tthe building near L Brea and Wilshire.
Godson had done his homework very well. He knew everything about it. He made me believ he was the son of a king in NIGERIA, which I didnt know was a capital of the world for all criminals and scammers. He managed to get the building under contract and lease for 3 months, he managed to hire the contractor to start work in the building and most of all he managed to make me believe he is hiring me for his personal Real Estate broker to invest all of his money (more than a Billion Dollars on its way here).
All of us were stupid enough to believe all of his lies and deception and let him move in to the building. For three months he didnt pay rent (he ows equal to $90,000 to the owner) and he ows more than $40,000 to the contractor and finally the owner had to hire an attorney to remove him from the building by sherif and lchanging the locks.
For the 3 months he was in the building, he ran adds I dont know where, to hire people for his worl wide mission company. He had hundreds of applicants coming there and he interviewed them and hired them for different jobs. I dont know for what purposes. He also hired a few girls in that office building to work for him meanwhile. One day around 4 in the afternoon one of the girls called me (got my number from the building sign), to let me know that he hasnt paid any of them for three weeks and they called the police on him. But I told her I wasnt in his staff and dont know about it. Later I talked to her and she said that godson was sleeping the building sometimes and meets with very strange people at nite and late nite. People with expensive black cars.
After 3 months of struggle the owner of the building managed to through him out, but he didnt give up. He kept on calling me and the owner and promissing us money and cash and positions ih his new company and new car and new house and...
He is s dangerous sick man and to my opinion he should not be allowed between humans. I am ashamed to say that he fulled me for lmost one year. He is a sick disgusting menipulator that i never reay found out what is he all about. He lied and lied andlied about everything. He made up stories about himself and his family and his job and what he has and what he is getting. He thretened me many times that he has followed me around and knows everyhting about me.
Many brokers, escrow officers, property owners and so on and so forth know him as a very strange man who posses as a very wealthy man pretending to buy real estate. He has alot of information and uses them very shrudley to full everyone into believing he is what he says he is.
I wished police or FBI or CIA could follow him and find out what he is realy into. I am sure he is very dangerous man, involved with dangerous people and if the officials follow him, they will find answeres to alot of criminal activities that he is in.
Be very careful with Nigerians. Godson Nwigwe is a very dangerous, sick, delogenal and multipersonality man. Godson Nwigwe changes his cel number every few months. His address and residence is not under his name and can not be traced. He is like a rat, lives under the ground. He is afraid of his own shadow during the day. He watches his back all the time to make sure no one is following him.
