Did not erect Steel Building correctly

The company was hired to erect a steel building.

The contractor did not adhere to SECT 3.3 AISC CODE OF STANDARD PRACTICE 9th EDITION.

The contractor did not perform the work in compliance with the construction diagrams.

The contractor did not install and erect the building per the drawings.

The contractor made changes to how the building was erected without approval of the manufactures engineering department.

The contractor made changes to how the building was erected without approval of the owner.

The actions by the contractor resulted in the contractee having to replace over $4,295 in materials.in addition the contracteee had to spend over 100 hours correcting issues resulting from the contractor not doing the job right.
