Vantage Living, QPI-X Company Denies Rental Lease

Don't Rent Apartment Managed by Vantage Management

We are living in an apartment managed by Vantage Management:

The building is a smoke-free building. The owner rule in the lease clearly states no smoking is allowed in the apartment or any public area of the building.

But some tenants just smoke in their apartments and the lobby. Over the last two months, I complained to the company in writing and over the phone numerous times. The employee in charge denies the existence of the clause and denies that tobacco smoke moves in the building. Every other customer representative on the phone agrees action must be taken immediately. Every time I was promised a senior management would give me a call and resolve the issue bypassing the one denying the clause and I have not heard anything back.

I plan to sue. I have the lease that clearly states the prohibition of smoking anywhere in the building, including the apartment, and standard tenant rights. If you guys have recommendation of good and inexpensive lawyers, please let me know.
