My building that's also my income is now going for sheriff sale because of a loan shark company called NCM, National Capital Management, aka Excel Financial, and Frankel Financial. This company goes after home/business owner in trouble, gives you a loan for 16% interest, then wait for you to make a mistake of trusting them then they take your house or business. I got a mortgage from this company that should have been a short time mortgage, i was going to sell the building to use the money from the sale to start a business for me and my four children to live on. I did not made it to the settlement of the sale of the house that should have been at the end of feb/08, one of the tenant in the building went to sleep while cooking then burn part of the building and the settlement for the house was over after the fire in feb/7/08. This mortgage company NCM saw an opportunity to steal my house and my insurance money and they did. The payment from the insurance company have my name, my insurance adjuster's name and the mortgage company's name on the check. I was told to sign the check over to the mortgage company so that they can pay my adjuster, then pay the contractor that will do the renovation of the building and give me the rest of the money if any is left. This NCM loan sharks change their words after i sign the money to them saying that if any is left they will use it for mortgage payments i got $99,000 form the inurance company that was misuse by this mortgage company, they introduce me to their so called good contractor called Jesse Scott that later turn out to be their client not a contractor that supcontract the job to another person. This man Jesse Scott of LLP company did not finish the renovation of my building, then he went and cut the pipes in the building to just to get more work from me, saying that somebody break into the building, but my neighbors told me that nobody breaks in, the people that work for this man said he did it for more work. This fraud Jesse Scott has made my life a living hell, while my so called mortgage company that told me to give this man the work, did nothing because they're both in this together to take my building, this Jesse went around telling people that he own my building including peolpe that work for him told me that. I lost income for a year, now this mortgage company is going to sell my building at a sheriff sale in dec/09. I am a single mother of four one in college, the building cannot be rented because jesse did not finish the renovation, my children and myself have suffer at the hand of this National Capital Management and Jesse Scott. I did not have money to pay for the 16%interest mortgage on the building, because is not rented, and nobody wants to finance a building that's not fully renovated, plus the company that wanted to finance it was discourage from doing it by National Capital Management and their lawyer that have interest in the company as one of the investor of the company. I hope a lawyer or somebody can help me sue this people for what they did to me, get my insurance money back from this company, stop them from selling my house, and sue them for my pain and suffering. My father have to live in that building without water and heat for a while because Jesse Scott told him to live in it, that he will finish within a week, but Jesse never did it's been almost a year now, his friend Rich Frankel the owner of MCM is going to take my building and sell it to Jesse Scott. I need help from people out their that can help me, Lawyers, organization or individual that can help me very soon.
