I am yet to recieve a negative feedback from anyone. BUT, as I spoke to the Safe Harbor department they told me that becasue I had an increase in sales regardless of the feedback they want to know where I get my products.
I provided eBay 4 faxes, 37 completed orders with tracking numbers and decided to cancel the orders caught in the mix up to this unwarranted restriction only to be told... You have cancelled sales! Noo kidding!!! I am protecting my company from the scam of being restricted as well as eBay Invoicing me the same day the account restriction was initiated as well as them cancelling every listing I had ever posted and not providing me a correction to my invoice but a credit to my eBay account for future use. NOT CORRECT!
I explained the cancelled transactions were not indeed cancelled they we deverted as the customers wanted to recieve the goods and I did not want to ship from eBay any longer until the account was re-activated. The customers bought from me directly. A violation of eBay policy if I initiated that but the customers looked for me on major search engines and found the exact same inventory in my online store as they did on eBay.
I am extremely frustrated with this matter and something must be done to stop this corrupt suspension happy company. They want fees for sales and listings but we cannot restrict them and their PayPal tag team when they do us wrong.
