I sold an item on ebay. The customer was not happy with the item and complained to paypal. Paypal tried to reach me but I had surgery and could not be reached. Paypal went ahead and refunded the money to the buyer without having them send back my item. Now the buyer has the item and their money. Paypal won't help me because they said my time expired. I freel paypal should have required the buyer to return the item before refunding the money. It is worth $500.00. I got ripped off by the buyer and paypal.
