I placed an order 10/26/09. I was charged for part of my order 10/29/09. On 11/14/09 I received part of my order with 4 items missing from the enclosed invoice. The box had "received damaged stickers" all over it. I contacted them by email 11/14/09. They responded with email saying they would credit my account for the missing items. On 12/10/09 I sent an email asking where is my credit and where is the rest of my order. I tried their phone during business hours and got an answering service that could tell me nothing about my order. I tried their live chat several times, always busy, then I would use the contact form that would come up, with no response. I sent 2 more emails 12/22/09. The first saying I still have no response from them about the credit to my account or the status of my remaining order. The second later that evening saying I was going to file a complaint about them. I told them they need to credit my account and cancel any remaining order. 12/23/09 they contacted me by email saying they tried to reach me by phone to ask me if I still wanted the missing items or to cancel my order. I replied saying my emails open 24 hours a day. On 01/04/10 I received an email from them saying they charged my account 14.68, but they didn't say what for. On 10/04/10 I went on their online chat and talked to Stephenie and asked why did they make another charge to my account, when they were suppose to put money back in and cancel any remaining order. She could not tell me why they charged my account or what it was for. She said she would look into it. On 01/06/10 I replied to their email saying they charged my account, and asked exactely what did they charge me for? No response. Same day I placed a call during business hours and got their answering service saying they left for the day. On 01/07/10 I received another email from them saying they had charged my account again for $2.90 this time. I emailed them and my email came back saying the address at support@efooddepot did not exhist. No luck again on the online chat. I did contact Stephenie by phone who had not had time to find out yet why my card was charged and she would call me back. I told her I would wait while she checked. She said she didn't have time to check, that she had other customers to deal with. I said you better deal with this customer right now, because when I get off the phone I'm calling my bank and telling them you're making unauthorized charges to my account. She told me I can't tell her what to do, that I don't pay her check. I told her I do pay her check by being her customer and hung up. I reported them to my bank and now I'm here
