I placed an online order with Naxpmedia and found out today that they charged my account twice! When I attempted to call them I got a recorded message saying that their call center was temporarily out of service and to contact them via email or live chat. When I tried to contact them through live chat it too was out of service! Sent email but no response. Not surprised.
I will be calling my bank as soon as they open and report this. I had ordered a Christmas gift from Naxpmedia and now have to try to get money back so I can replace it. Very Upset! Don't EVER order from Naxpmedia! Major ripoff and thieves!!!
