My father received this letter from International Ticketing Office saying that if he got the 3 aces, which he did, he would be eligible for Numerous chances to win $900,900, 000 in US Dollars in their 'El Gordo July' draw. It said he was in the final of 3 stages... Which is highly suspicious as it is considering there was never a 1st or 2nd stage. Not to mention that this is an International scam. My father was to send a money order for the sum of $18 US dollars, or give his information on his financial institution. Before I let dad leave, I ran directly to my home office to investigate this company. No Surprise At All to find scam reports! These people scam from other countries because the United States Can Not Touch Them... Let alone find them. Those of you that are falling for these scams are only making these scammers rich and much more powerful. We are already in an economic crisis. If you want to give your money away, please, donate to your favorite charitable organization. At least you can get tax breaks for donating to charities. There are no tax breaks for scam victims!
