We had Sirius radio for a few years and at the end of each year we would hem and haw on whether we really wanted to renew it for another year thus causing Sirius to just about immediately shut off service. Then they would call a few days or so later to see if we'd like to renew, I would be firm at the beginning of call, "no, we are not interested". But they would keep talking deals and better pricing for a year and I would break and get it, only when the end of year would come to hem and haw and have radio shut off again. NOT this year! This year they never shut service off really fast. No this year they decided to keep it on past the year of service we paid for. They finally shut it off and promptly referred me to collection for $53.04 they have NO business taking from me. I paid to get collection agency off my butt, sent extremely curt and blunt emails to Sirius customer service but am still trying to talk to somebody over at sirius to aknowledge the payment to the collection creeps, who sirius is probably trying to scam also. (actually I would love collection agencies get scammed, those low life bottom dwellers who cant think up honorable ways to make money) I would love to see a class action suit against Sirius as I am seeing more and more stories like mine online.
