I reside in uk and i ordered KurZyme from SwissLab on 30th November and the payment was debited from my London Bank on 2nd December. I also received order conformation online and it mentioned the order has been processed. I waited for good 14 Days no sign of my delivery. So i sent them 3 emails explaning the situation but did not received any confirmation or feed back. Finally i decided to phone them from London 3 times and each time i was informed that they do not handle UK orders as their software dones not deal with UK orders but they said to me that tey are working with UK orders and they would have a dedicted Tel No but no Joy. It seems they have taken My Monies and have not sent my order I want my money refunded to me as they are in breach of taking my cash. I even asked then to give me the Name of their comany Director so i could write to him but they would not Disclose his name if any one from England has this problem and have managed to get somewere please let Know or please advice me how to get my cash refunded please please help
