I ordered a Sure Clip with the "free" additional Sure Clip, and nail buffer where I was only supposed to be charged additional shipping and handling. I was asked about 20 additional questions to see if I would buy other products. I really wanted the Sure Clip so I was polite and just nicely turned down every item that the saleswoman offered. Finally, my order was done. Well, a couple days later I received a voice mail telling me that my credit card number was decliend and told to call them back. I didn't bother - the heck with it. Later when checking my bank statement I see that the order went through but two weeks later (so they tried again with my credit/debit card) but they charged me twice as much! They charged me only $10. For the 2 as ordered, but then they put me down for antoher one and charged me an additional $10., and they charged me for some product I didn't order at $13. And they charged me shipping of almost $4. Alright already - I didn't want 3 sure clips and that additional product. Then to make matters worse - they total this at 47. When it's only $37. They can't even add, unless that's a tip to the saleswoman. But there is no email address for me to send a complaint about the overcharge. I don't see the commericals on TV anymore and the interent ads say that they are not the same company as the one that does the TV adds. What can I do about the overcharges for a product I did not order and the mysterious extra $10. For nothing?
