Confusing automated order system resulted in a double order. Called co. To verify amount ordered & date shipped. Automated system said item had not shipped yet. So called Customer "service" to cancel order. Operator Deborah (8134), said i could not cancel as items had shipped. Was given a bogus tracking #. Told i could cancel back order of 6 items. I had only ordered 1. Called back customer service # repeatedly but they would not take call.
