THE INSURANCE HOUSE, Ken Silverman lets you pay ever increasing premiums for 20 plus years with no claims then when you need him most for a minor claim he pays then has office people harrass you about your property

After being with farmers insurance/ken silverman-the insurance house for 20 plus years with zero claims on all my autos and home as well,

We had a small storm damage claim under $5000.00 dollars which was paid low ball then the harassing phone calls started by the office phone dim wit girls to say we had many problems and they could no longer under write our policy.

Example: you have a wall in danger of collapse which we had no walls to collapse. After being with these guys for 20 years we assumed we had the super stellar pricing plan on our polices, huge mistake.

Even when you see your account billing statements marked as super ultimate/premium saver plan be assured you are paying more for your coverage than if you had just switched to these rude, inconsiderate thoughtless people.

Please be aware of this insurance group / insurance house they will gladly take your money and treat you real bad.
