A Company from Florida had an auto liquidation sale through the above company. You bring in the key to see what prize you one. One of their "GIFTS" provided to buyers was a $300 gas card. The salesman we had indicated it was a high commodity ticket and because we were hesitating to buy, he gave us 2 cards because we would be the first sale of the day. We were not to advertise we got 2 because they ran out the day before.
8-22-08 we did purchase a car which we have no problem with. The issue is with the gas cards.

In order to use the gas card you have to activate it by paying $5.00 to "PAYPAL *WEBPRODUCT1". They acknowledged $5 receipt number 3280-5263-6363-4162 and $5 receipt number 2315-7602-6795-3375. You then choose a gas station in your area. I put down the wrong gas station and needed to correct it so I tried to contact them by calling 1-800-514-0366. I tried twice and you have to leave a message because there is no service representative available - they do not call back.
I sent an E-mail and did not get a response.
I put these two $5 charges on my VISA card which my Credidt Union indicated I would not be able to get back.
I need to know if this offer is a fraud.
If it is a good company, how to I contact someone to change the station to Shell (from Texaco which we do not have in our area)? I also do not need both cards active at the same time and want to de-activate one.
