This is very similar to the other story. I ordered an item online for almost $2000 and chose to pay upon delivery, which would explain why I got it almost immediately. It was total crap; I called to send it back. After numerous calls, emails, and faxes, I finally got a response with an RMA number and CRAZY instructions, clearly a deterrent. The package was signed for. The requested 30 days passed. Again, I made painful attempts to get an update. Cindy (no last name) in sales informed me that I should receive a check on the 1st of December and reminded me AGAIN that she does not handle this. I had requested to return the item in August and am still waiting for a response; I will continue to wait, it seems. Never do business with these frauds!!!
