When i ordered from this company it took over 3 weeks for me to receive my item in the mail. The annoying thing is that the company is in Illinois and i myself live in Illinois as well. Anyways, i contacted the company through there email because everytime i would call the number on the website it would go to voice message. Turns out my package had gotten lost in the mail. I emailed the company again to verify it was not going to take another 3 weeks to receive my item because if not i wanted a refund. Well both times I received responses quickly. Now 4 days later i finally get my item and turns out they sent me they WRONG item. Im aggravated so I have now asked for my money to be returned which I expect they will not comply. I have sent 3 emails and have yet to receive a response. The item they sent me is cheaper then the original item i paid for so i got ripped off. My next step is to contact my credit card company as well as report this company to the Better Business Bureau. Do not trust this company!
