I purchased a yorkie puppy from Rebeca Queiroz.
At the time I purchased the puppy, for $1200.00, she promised to give me pedigree papers for this puppy.
I have tried to call her numerous times, but she does not return my phone call. I have also noticed that the web site I had for her is no longer used by her. I do not know how to contact her to obtain the papers she promised for this puppy who is now 2 1/2 years old.
