I paid Shelly for a dilute brindle Rat Terrier puppy back in 2006 - as of 2012 I am still waiting for a puppy. Shelly Ruffino took multiple dogs on several occassions on puppy back payment agreements and has failed to give me my pick puppies over and over and over. She has defaulted on 2 contracts, has promised her puppy buyers papers that she can not produce as she can not get papers as the parents of the puppies are NOT in her name. Shelly Ruffino of A2Z Rat Terriers is a pro at making excuses for her irresponsible actions. Beware of Shelly Ruffino whether it is Rat Terrier, Miniature Pinscher, Harlequin Pinscher, Schnauzer, Boxer, Teddy Roosevelt Terrier, Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier or Biewer Yorkie as she sells them all.
