Puppy Room Kennel - Victor Chemerisov Our Puppy almost died, medical bills continue with not one response from them. Contacting them via phone, email was ignored. Ripoff Rhode Island

Victor and his family were very eager to sell to us. We asked many questions about them, the company, the puppies, the parents and the pedigree status. WE were ensured that all were of Champion lineage and we would be provided with the puppies papers within one week of the purchase.

We purchased the puppy on good faith No papers were ever provided and within 2weeks our puppy almost died due to her being very sick. The vet bills have been constant since. We tried contacting Victor via "PuppyRoomKennel" web site and via email and he and his father by telephone, we were ignored.

We discovered they removed the web site and did not answer the phone. We paid for a puppy that one was supposed to have pedigree papers (increasing the price of the puppy because of that status, we not only got a very sick puppy a but no papers). These people misrepresented the quality of the animals and lied about pedigree status.

Victor's vet provided records of vaccinations but we have serious doubt about the reliability seeing how we have been treated regarding our puupies health. Victor did not want to here anything from use.
