I ordered a set of brake pads and rotors for both front and rear of my mercedes clk on Jan 2nd 2009. They immediately charged my credit card but sent me an e-mail saying that they are out of stock although their website says in stock. They promissed that they get them from their supplier in a few days not to exceed 10 days. Two weeks later I still did not hear from them, no e-mail, call or anything reguardin my order. I called and they said that the supplier has sent the wrong items and they had to exchange them for the right ones and I shoud get it in a few days. A week later (almost a month has past) I called and asked them about my order and they gave me the same exact story as before. I mentioned that and the girl said it is not their fault and its the supplier who sent the item wrong six times. When I said I do not believe it the girl rudely asked if I want to cancel my order which I did. If a supplier sends an order wrong six times in a row, would you still work with them?
