WARNING: Brake Planet is not a trusted vendor. I ordered brakes for my wifes 2001 Audi Allroad. They took the order and immediately charged my Visa debit for $197.18. When called to confirm availability. They were our of stock and brake rotors had to be manufactured. I canceled the order the next day when The Tire Rack had them in stock (a little more but delivered in 2 days, great service, great company that knows what they are doing). It has now been 8 weeks and have not received my refund. I call every 3 to 7 days and get the same run around. Refunds are mailed in 5 weeks or will mail out this weeks. Only not to receive any payment in the mail during the following week. They should be a law against any vendor who mis represents a product capability or availability. If they can not supply the product they are simply stealing your money. Maybe a class action suite will shut them down. Would love to know if anyone on this blog has ever received a refund.
