Verbally talked dustin knight about repair of my sons ps3. I shipped the ps3 to knights gaming in aug. He told my son the unit was dead but was able to retrieve his call of duty 4 game. I bought what i thought was a refurb on their suggestion with a 120 day warranty and the call of duty 4 game would be returned with the refurb unit. Once payment was made, my son got the refurb unit that looked a little battle damaged but would have been happy if it worked the way iy was suppose to. Games loaded slower than before and online gaming with same server as before was very slow. Plus no call of duty 4 game was returned. Have tried to call and sent several emails to either get repaired again with their warranty or refund. Have not heard anything. Its very disturbubing when you talk to someone who seems to be on up and up. Maybe just chalk up to learning. Just want to let anyone alse not deeal with this company. 200.00 is a hard lesson in these times!!!
